Go live in weeks, with a team that's done it before
SafetyIQ is built for quick implementation, with no heavy IT involvement. Many customers go live on core workflows such as incident reporting and inspections within a few weeks. Larger multi-site rollouts are phased, so every site starts strong.
> The process
Six steps from kickoff to a program that sticks
Every rollout follows the same proven path, sized to your sites, modules and existing processes.
01
Kickoff and discovery
Meet your Customer Success Manager. We map your sites, teams, current forms and processes, and agree which modules and workflows go live first.
02
Configure around you
Forms, checklists, workflows, escalation paths, approvals and reports are set up to match how your operation runs, without code.
03
Migrate and connect
Our implementation team maps your existing data and imports it. We set up single sign-on and connect the systems you already use.
04
Train admins and crews
Admins get hands-on configuration training. Crews get short, role-based sessions built around real workflows, live or on demand.
05
Go live in phases
Start with a pilot site or core workflows, confirm what's working, then roll out to more sites. SafetyIQ can run alongside your existing system while you transition.
06
Review and expand
Your CSM tracks adoption and safety activity after go-live, fixes friction early and helps you plan the next sites and modules.

Implementation FAQs
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the size of your organization, the modules you're rolling out and the complexity of your existing processes. Many customers go live on core functionality such as incident reporting and inspections within a few weeks. Larger, multi-site enterprise rollouts take longer and are phased.
Who handles data migration?
Our implementation team. We work directly with you to map existing data from your current system or spreadsheets and import it into SafetyIQ during onboarding.
Do we need our IT team involved?
Very little. SafetyIQ is built for quick implementation with no heavy IT involvement. IT is usually only needed for single sign-on and any system integrations.
What does training look like?
Admins receive hands-on configuration training so they can manage forms, workflows, users and reports independently. End users get short, role-based sessions delivered live or on demand, supported by in-app guidance and a knowledge base.
Can we start with one site or module?
Yes. Many customers start with a pilot site or a core workflow, prove it works, then expand. SafetyIQ can also run alongside an existing system while you transition.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. SafetyIQ is built to adapt to you. Forms, checklists, workflows, escalation paths, approvals and reports are all configurable without code.
