Live in weeks, not a multi-month project

Core modules like incident reporting typically go live within weeks. Larger rollouts are phased in, so field crews are protected from the first stage.

Week 1

Configure with you

Your Customer Success Manager sets up forms, workflows and escalation contacts with your safety lead.

Week 2

Pilot one team

A single crew or site uses the mobile app in the field, offline included, and you tune it from real use.

Weeks 3 to 4

Roll out

Workers can sign in with their existing company login, and supervisors see live dashboards from day one.

When you're ready

Add the next module

Switch on Training, Audits or Fatigue on the same platform. No migration, no second vendor.

Illustrative timeline for a single core module. Your plan is scoped with you during implementation.

Cority, Intelex and Sphera vs SafetyIQ

Large enterprise EHS suites are built for global organizations with dedicated system administrators. Mid-sized teams usually need something different.

Weeks, not months

Multi-month rollouts are common with enterprise suites. SafetyIQ's core modules typically go live within weeks.

No admin team required

Enterprise suites often need consultants or specialist admins. SafetyIQ is configured with you by your Customer Success Manager, with single sign-on through Active Directory.

Pay for what you use

No broad bundle you'll never fully use. Your quote reflects your team size, your sites and only the modules you need.

The same security bar

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, hosted on Microsoft Azure and independently penetration tested every year.

Book a demo
Is SafetyIQ worth it for a small or mid-sized company?

If you have people working in the field, on the road or across several sites, usually yes. Pricing reflects your team size, number of sites and the modules you choose, so you don't pay for enterprise scale you won't use. Topdrill, with 201 to 500 employees, saves more than 180 hours of manual admin every month.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Many teams start with Journey Management and Lone Worker, or with incident reporting, then add Audits, Training, Fatigue or other modules later. Everything runs on the same platform, with the same logins and data, so there is no re-platforming.

Do we need an IT team to run SafetyIQ?

No dedicated IT team is needed. SafetyIQ is SaaS, hosted on Microsoft Azure, and your Customer Success Manager configures it with you. IT is usually only involved to connect single sign-on through Active Directory or integrations such as Workday or UKG Pro, which are scoped with you during implementation.

How long does implementation take?

Core modules like incident reporting typically go live within weeks. Larger rollouts are phased in, so you can protect one team first and expand from there.

How is SafetyIQ priced?

SafetyIQ is an annual subscription, with multi-year options. Your quote reflects the size of your team, the number of sites you run and the modules you need. Every plan includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Is it secure enough for our IT and procurement teams?

Yes. SafetyIQ is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, hosted on Microsoft Azure across two zones, and independently penetration tested every year.
